Brandon D Long - REALTOR®
About Brandon D
I am a 1994 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. I attained my real estate license in 1998. In 2003, Carter Clark and I opened Clark, Long & Associates. In 2007 we bought NWA's first Weichert, Realtors franchise, and we've been steadily growing ever since. In December 2009, we merged with The Griffin Company Realtors and became Weichert, Realtors-The Griffin Company. We are now in the Top-4 of all real estate companies in NWA.
I take pride in finding buyers exactly what they are looking for. Some say it is a challenging time in the real estate market, but with interest rates at historic lows, there are buyers who want a professional to help them not only find a home but negotiate the right price. I earned the CNE designation (Certified Negotiating Expert), and welcome helping anyone looking for a home or property in our area.
Selling a home can be a challenge in today's market, but sellers need someone who is going to be up front with them about the entire process. I am always honest about values and procedures with my sellers, even if it means I do not get the listing. I will explain the current market trends and define my vision for the marketing period and how long I think a property will take to sell and at what price. I am not in this business to just get listings. While it is not necessarily my job to sell my listings, it is my job to do the daily activities it takes to get my listings sold. There are around 3,200 Realtors in our market, and to assume I will be the one who has the perfect buyer is just not realistic. So I have learned that effectively marketing to other Realtors in addition to the public is the best way to sell property quickly and for the highest realistic price.
I am active in many charitable organizations in NWA, and I am also a member of and very active in St. Joseph''s Catholic Church in Fayetteville, where I serve as an Extraordinary Minister of Communion (EMC). I not only serve as an EMC at mass, I also administer Holy Communion to those not physically well enough to attend mass.
I would love to hear from you and see how I could help you. God Bless!
